We hope you love the apparel we supplied as much as we do, but if not, here’s what to do!

Our Refund & Exchange Policy:
In Australia, all customers are covered by statutory rights.
You can read all about them on the ACCC website.
For any manufacturing fault we will repair, replace or refund any garment that is defective.

In addition to those statutory rights, should you change your mind we will happily exchange or refund an item that has not been embroidered providing the following conditions have been met.

You contact us with your request for exchange or refund within 7 days of purchase and let us know why the item is being returned.
We will issue a Return Authority credit invoice to quote to us with your return.
The items must be in original condition as purchased, with all labels/tickets/swing tags still attached and in original packaging where provided by us.
The apparel must not have been worn, free of any marking, staining, odor, make-up, thread pulls, seam stretching, perfume, body odor or other visible defect.

The item must be able to be returned to warehouse or inventoried for re-sale by us.
Where the item is to be refunded due to a change of mind or incorrect style ordered, we will refund the original price less the postage cost incurred sending out in the first instance together with a 15% restocking fee that we incur from our manufacturers returning to warehouse.

Please Note:
Any item supplied with Free or Paid Embroidered cannot be accepted for return except for manufacturing defects.
We will not accept return of embroidered items for change of mind or wrong sizing.

Sizing:
To ensure you order the correct size where you are unsure, we have a sample procedure we can engage once we have reached agreement on the sale price and delivery time frame.

Refunds will be by direct deposit to your nominated bank account.
Please advise your Account Name, BSB & Account Number with your return.

Where an item has been paid for with a Credit or Debit Card we can refund to that card account. Note, it must be the same card used for purchase.
All returns & exchanges remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by us.
